Kits can be used to request tickets for ONE YEAR from the date it was purchased, no exceptions. Once the tickets are purchased, they will have expiration dates or “valid only on” dates set by the location and we are unable to change those dates.

All plans are final and tickets cannot be changed once purchased. Planning your trip one week before your trip date is best to avoid last minute issues, unless you are trying to secure a tour or event that frequently sells out.

E-Tickets will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days (we do not send same-day tickets), except for National Parks passes which must be mailed. Check your spam if you do not receive a reply within a few days of submitting the form. Thank you!
